IAN Menu drop down on the top right works the first time but not when you are in a product and then want to use the drop down menu again, Nothing happens.
IAN There are no dimensions or features on any of the products.
IAN Shop by colour/size etc on the left doesn’t work. It either doesn’t show products or the wrong colour etc.
IAN Accessory picture is a very old item, please can this be replaced with a current pic.
IAN Side menu doesn’t replicate the drop down menu. Eg, ladies shoes, left side menu has no slippers anywhere even in the shoes menu.
IAN Not sure how the placement of items has been worked out. In wallets for examp[le there are Armstrong wallets with a lone eastwood in the middle with other eastwwod wallets together further down the page. Same with shoes, not all mens vellies are together( same styles should be together)
IAN Press all shoes button- no slippers
IAN Press accessory button – no sunglasses and belts
IAN Products missing? See list attached:
THOMAS When clicking on the ladies tap, the customer is taking to this landing page that just shows all products and I have to look at the last line of products at the bottom of the page before I see a purse. I suggest you filter this landing page to show only female or proper unisex products. I also would not show caps as an option under ladies. If we only have purses, then we only have purses for now, and then we should only show those.
THOMAS At the bottom of the page is a link to the Brando twitter account. This account has the old Brando logo as the profile picture and the most recent tweet was in 2018. Is there a need for this account? If not, then let us close it as it otherwise just gives the impression of an outdated, unsuccessful brand. I don’t believe twitter is part of Add-on Digital’s mandate for Brando and I do not see a need for it in addition to Instagram, Facebook, an info email address, and a website. IAN, PLEASE DEACTIVATE
THOMAS The Instagram bio reads: Real Leather. South African. Made With You In Mind. Now Offering Personalisations on ALL products. If we could just change this to “South African Brand” - then we limit the potential wrong impression we could give to people of the products and all leather being made in SA. That is the impression we otherwise give.
THOMAS Delivery info: We claim we deliver within 4 working days. On the J&H site we promise delivery within 7 days. If someone orders a delivery for a farm in Mpumalanga it can be difficult to deliver within 4 working days.
THOMAS When clicking on the men’s tap, there is both a drop down menu and a side bar that remains when just clicking on men. The items listed on the side bar are not identical to what is listed on the drop down menu. I will deal with the side bar “Explore” first.
THOMAS When clicking on the men’s tap, there is both a drop down menu and a side bar that remains when just clicking on men. The items listed on the side bar are not identical to what is listed on the drop down menu. I will deal with the side bar “Explore” first.
THOMAS Under Bags Latest arrivals, we show wallets, cap and very old bags. This collection must be updated or deleted.
THOMAS Under “The About Us”, we portray the brand as being for the modern man. But we want the brand to ultimately be unisex. We have handbags in the pipeline. This copy must also be changed via Damian once you have received input to give to him. Added ladies vellies. This page needs work.
THOMAS Online Specials: There are 3 sold out items on this collection. They should be archived. Only 21 products on sale here in total. I am sure Ian would like more products to be on sale. Pls liaise with him.
THOMAS The stockist locator have many stores listed that we no longer supply. You need help from Ian to update this and I am sure he is busy at the moment, but please keep it in mind for later. @IAN PLEASE PROVIDE STOCKIST LIST
THOMAS Payment: We are providing the Brando banking details at the bottom of the website: https://www.brando.co.za/pages/our-banking-details – however, this is outdated and the customer does not need this to pay eft via Osow so please delete this.
